We had booked 4 tickets on 10 Nov to travel from Hyderabad to Chirala through Orange travels. Our Bus should have started Hyderabad by 11 PM but due to some technical issues it did not start as engine had some fault.
We constantly kept calling customer care and they mentioned they are looking into the issue and will prove a solution and even the ground staff mentioned the same. Finally they repaired the same bus and started bus by 1:30 AM midnight and it travelled for 1 hour and again stopped at L.B.Nagar - Hyderabad. To our surprise when we got up from bus, Bus has been stopped and driver is missing from scene without any notice. He left from the scene and no one informed passengers of further details. It was 3:30 AM in the morning and still no news.
This was the worst experience we had with Orange Travels and we will never ever book Orange Travels. They don’t have back up buses which can be sent within 1 hour incase of such incidents which is horrible customer service.
