Comments: It was a horrible travel expense with Orange Travels, not sure how Abhibus gave ABHIBUS ULTIMATE to OTT. I got a job offer in Chennai on 27th Feb . Thursday . So I booked the ticket in a hurry on 28th Feb . Friday as OTT was my only option to join the first day in the company on 2nd Feb . Monday. They were only two sleepers available in the bus, I was in a hurry to book and I am unable to choose the male option. so I left the default female option and booked the ticket. Inspite telling the entire story to OTT staff they threatened that I would have to unboard the bus or else I would have to site in the driver cabin the whole night. I called the Abhibus customer care . the rep Dinesh took a lot of time to understand my problem and finally took some action by conferencing with Abhibus office guy. The OTT CRO and Driver and other bus stuff guys were very rude to me, while I was in call with Abhibus customer care. they were coming to me for every 5 minutes and threateni
ng me to get down the bus. UNACCEPTABLE.
