With reference to the advertisement in Times of India today that Orange Woods is offering a 20x30 and 30x40 site free for purchase of furniture and electronic items worth 10, 000 and 25, 000/- respectively makes lot of us think what is happening.
Today’s advertisement is in line with many such campaigns that Orange has been doing over the years. It is more suspicious rather than being surprising or unbelieveable. When I called up today and asked how is it possible for you to give away such an offer, the pleasant voice on the otherside said, "We are doing sir."
The offer was that if I make a bill of 10k, 20k, or 25k in their Orange Electronics showroom near Banaswadi Outer Ringroad, I would be given a plot that is 35km away from Tumkur, near Sira. The sales team also said they would provide all basic amenities to construct a house in the future. So, as of now the property is a empty, undeveloped land. Is it for true ? What is the gimmick ? What is the catch ? I wonder how Orange is able to advertise in such a large scale with freaky marketing techniques. There are very less or no satisfied customer at all from Orange Woods, Orange Electronics, Orange Properties. If there are anyone who is satisfied, it will guide others, please comment. Only the consumer should decide and guide others.
