ORA treat customers as family not as TRANSACTIONS.

We have all kinds Protection Plans from Ora Policy because we are a Business. We always buy lot of things like, desktops, laptops, printers etc. So we always try to protect everything.


Few days back, my macbook damaged from one of my employee.


The Process to start the claim was fairly easy, though in my case I could not start the claim online, I had to call and speak with a rep. The reps were very polite and professional every time I called, assuring me they wud take care of it.


This time they replaced my mac-book screen in just 1 day through apple service center near my office. Best company in terms of service and handling claims.
