Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Orbit Malata 3 cups Coffee maker. My experience with this product was very worst.
Last year I was going for Allahabad for my study. I was live in alone there no one there with me in my family. So, I was so many problem for making breakfast, coffee and many more things. That’s why I was purchased orbit Malata 3 cups Coffee maker.
In starting 1 month it was working great. After 1 months it was creating problem when my friend was coming in my home for late night study . We both was planned to studying together. So, we need to coffee for late night study and I was making a coffee in the coffee maker. It doesn’t working. It was stopped. And there was burning smell in the coffee maker machine.
So, I was calling to customer service and they send person after 2-3 days when a customer service person check the coffee maker he said the motor of coffee maker was burn and he told to replace it and for replacing motor he was charged 700 RS so, the customer service was pathetic and the coffee maker was very weak and poor in durability.
It was user friendly in starting I was facing problems to operate it but after that I was easily used it. It was very easy to handy not heavy in weight and we can carry vary easily from one place to another.
It’s style and design was pretty and attractive but I was not happy with the durability of orbit Malata coffee maker and not satisfied with this product. So, I will give it 1 out of 5
