I Had a very bitter experience, when my grandmother was admitted there. We shifted my grandmother in Aug 2014, the next day the hospital told us that a surgery needs to be done. After the surgery was done, total ignorance of my grandmother was there & the staff were doing nothing. We kept asking them about her situation & they kept saying "Wait and Watch".
Her health has worsen much after she was admitted to Orchid with water coming out of her lungs & doctors paying no attention.After an Intestine operation is carried out, then proper digestive care should be taken.
The doctors also don’t know how to communicate well.The Hygiene, Facilities, Infrastructure, Staff etc are totally waste and they are just making money by telling lies to the patient’s family.
We finally shifted her to Medanta & she is still critical. The doctors at orchid didn’t even bother to let us know her condition & they were just looting money from our pockets. Lakhs of our Money was wasted due to this & we found this hospital terrible. Please do not go to this hospital for any sort of treatment.
