To celebrate the New Year, we ordered a cake from https://orchidsnroses.com wishing our family in Delhi. They send a badly boxed soggy, stale cake at my parents place. The delivery boy would not mention the bakery where this unappetizing cake was purchased from. Disgusted with the unprofessionalism, my family refused to accept their cake.
Instead of apologizing for their truly appalling service and ruining our New Years Greetings, apexflorist@gmail.com then sends us a mail saying that the cake was returned and we would still be charged! In the subsequent emails they jump to the defense of their shoddy cake from a "normal bakery" comparing it with more expensive "5-Star cakes". Are we to assume the cakes they source from "normal" bakeries are substandard and inedible? In that case they shouldnt be selling them in the first place.
Look carefully, you will notice there is no street address on their website. There is no quality assurance of the products advertised. No refund policy. Once your card has been charged, they can do what they please.
The attiMr_customtakeouter of APEX FLORIST/https://orchidsnroses.com was rude, argumentative, shameless and unapologetic.
These frauds should not be in the business of sending greetings. The site is a trap. Avoid them at all costs. FInd better ways to greet your folks in India!
