I ordered 1/2 Kg chocolate truffle for delivery to Jabalpur. It was supposed to be delivered today before 2 pm. It is 6 pm and the cake is still not delivered. On placing the order, they also do not send any mail confirmation or tracking/order number to the customer which is so weird.
On calling their customer care number, the lady told she would check with local vendor and would get back after 10 minutes. 2 hours have passed. No calls/e-mails received from them. Tried calling on their numbers 04422601549 & 09790979897 again, but they are not picking calls now. Why do u guys take orders if u can’t deliver it?
I need my money refunded. Will never recommend anyone to use their unreliable services.I don’t even want to rate u guys 1, it is too good a rating for u people.
