We like the idea of fresh organic produce and hence have ordered from Organic Garden a few times.
It is obvious that whoever owns organic garden is NOT IN THE LEAST interested in how the store is run. I don’t even know where to start with the list of issues but will try anyway. so here goes.
1) Their website is never updated with the right stock. your best bet is to call them.
2) Once when I called them, they sent me vegetables in very different quantities from what I had ordered(so where I wanted 1.5 kg, I got 0.5kg and where I wanted 1.0kg, I got 3!)
3) They sent me the wrong tea BUT in the right packaging - I kept calling them but this shitty woman called Sabitha kept putting me off , saying we are resolving this issue - please wait for one more day(Still waiting)
4) In a more recent order, they never called to say they are about to deliver. Someone just shows up and calls us. Luckily, we were nearby and managed to get home to take the delivery.
Because Organic Garden is one of a few organic fresh produce suppliers, it has some advantage. But it may lose it’s advantage soon enough with such pathetic customer service and owner(s) clearly not interested in their business.
