I have purchased orient brand ocean model cooler last year, but the service & support is not good. Also, the product quality is not satisfactory and also water leakage problem is not sorted out by the engineer. In this regard, I have lodge so many a complaint on customer care service centre, but the problem is not sorted out. so please don’t by this product it worst for money.
