Hi friends, iam writing a genuine review about this air cooler.i used this cooler for three months.i bought this cooler in summer. Orient is the branded one that’s why I didn’t check any reviews about this product before buying but I have done a mistake.i wasted my money.its completely wrong to my expectation.its not getting cool air.its better to buy an AC or a pedestal fan instead of this air cooler.it is waste of money, electricity, and water.usage of water is more but doesn’t cool the room.water level gauge indication had a problem with in 5 days usage of the cooler.oscillating blade had broken.a louder noise from the blades.the person who is Infront of this cooler only getting air although adjusig the blades.pump maintainance and function is not good.quality is not worthable for that price.i poured water up till the mark but its not get cooled.spare parts are also not available.very poor service.ia. not satisfied with this cooler.its very bad remark to the orient company.
