Last year(Nov, 14), me am my friend purchased Orient Geyser, 25 litres from good company called Orient. it was good for 1st 3-4 months and 1st winter went well.
April, there was no usage of geyser and now it started leaking. 1st complaint - tank changed
2-3 months ok, again in sept leakage started, mind it that geyser was not in use in summer, only it was holding water which is tough to take out.
2-3 months, again in Nov, they have changed the tank.
So in last 1 year 3 tanks were changed, and this time it took almost a month, since they don’t have tank with them.
And total visit would be close to 15-20, since they come and check the issue and then they come and change the TANK and again disturb some electric fitting, which they fix.
And now finally 4 days back, geyser element is burned, complaint is registered, engineer came to shown his face in 48 hrs, and then waiting for fix, which would take week time or more. Called 3 times but no update for now.
I would suggest to buy a local geyser, and replace in every 2 year. My Orient 25 litres geyser look like 5-6 old, and final solution would be purchase another geyser!
