I bought the fan on Nov’2018 since then I have problems. Every 6 months I have to reach out for service. Now, it stopped working completely after the warranty period.
I have asked them to replace the product.
Can someone buy a such a product with high price which has only less than 3 years life? In olden days fans used to work more than a decade. What is technology?!
