This product is very bad . We brought 3 FAN and two of them are fault y. Fans make tak tak tak tak sound while running . We complaint the orient customer care after four days of follow up one extra speaking person visited our home and fix it but after few days we have same problem First complaint no is W2183002659 and second ID is W2109126764 . I really could not sleep whole night .
This is really chor company . This seller is also fraud selling faulty FANS . Never buy orient FAN . I wish this company should close soon . Service manager is also very danger he don’t pick up phone no 7065077485
