I’m bought a seeling fan last year. From day one when switch on fan giving trouble. While rotating time different type sound coming from fan and baring problem, merchant also not responding for complaint. After saw warranty card in packing box and lot of more times tried for customer care but this way also irritated . I’m continously trying from one hour all executive lines were busy finally got line for executive agent. She was raised grievance for complaint again problem with service technician he was cancelled my service request why he was cancelled I don’t know after one week an other technician came to my home and resolved my problem. Don’t buy this company products.
