I would like to write a review about this cooler. I bought this product in some discount and offer. So I got this product for 7650/-. First of all I was too happy by getting this product in very reasonable rate.
First few months it worked very nice, but after 3 months its machine got complained and damaged. Its speed became reduced and increased the sound from the machine. Because of that sound we could not sleep well.
Then after the water Leakage was also started. The rooms became wet and dirty. So when we fed up we called their customer service and told the issues. But their side it was not a good response. They told they won’t repair this bad conditioned cooler. They told to give this to any other outside technicians.
So we took this to some other technicians and repaired it. But the sound is still there. They could not repair the sound system. But I paid extra 3250 rupees for the repairment . I felt very bad. Because I paid more amount for the repairement.
I don’t tell that this one I got it in very reasonable rate. I wasted my money for buying this waste product. I could have bought some other good brand product . The value of money is not worth and we can not trust this company.
For me it was not a good experience and won’t recommend for others to buy this product.
