I purchased this Air cooler 5 months from Great Eastern, Kasba, Kolkata, expecting it to feed my purpose, but I was disappointed.
Orient has good service support all throughout India, the service center staffs are very well behaved and responsive, no issues in Orient servicing.
But from the day 1 only, I noticed that the cooing is not upto the mark and the cooling only spreads only in a very limited range, as the cooler is quite small, it can give maximum cooling upto only 1-2 persons at a time, it is not suitable for the entire family.Moreover is creates some weird sound, which is also quite annoying when I am go to sleep.
I am not satisfied with this with the performance or its cooling capacity. Which I did not expect from an excellent brand, like Orient. I am disappointed.
It costed me around 8, 000 rupees, but I don’t think it is a good value for money. You should go for other, better Air Coolers. So don’t go for this.
