Orient is a big name while we talk about the electrical sector. It is a large scale producer of electrical appliances like lights, fans, cooler etc. In summer time these fans do not give cool air and make a very irritable voice while running. The sellers of orient fans are do not provide enough customers satisfaction services once I went to my nearby electric shop and ask them to repair my damaged fan which is in guarantee period but they deny to repair and say to me that go to the companie’s grievance centre which is situated very far from my city
