I had purchased orient pedestal fan before two & half month but its not working at all. I registered complain on it toll free number 1800 103 7574 on 16th august 2012 but still no service man come to repair my fan. My complain id -c-12081600547.
Don’t buy orient fan. Very pathetic & poor service. They promise me 48hrs to resolve my complain but till date nothing happen. I called toll free number 3 times. They promise 24-48 hrs. But no result.
