I purchased 2 ceiling fans of Orient in May 2017.Since a month, one fan started giving a problem. I have been repeatedly calling the customer care department. They promised to send a technician within 24 hours. Its been 24 days and no technician has yet visited. After repeatedly registering a complaint, yet no action taken. The technician calls and takes the exact address and directions but no one reached the site. The customer care executive gave one senior technicians number, which is not valid.
Why do these companies offer a guarantee period and service if they are not able to do what is offered.
Never going to purchase another orient product.
