Oriental Bank of Commerce is a very old bank and providing the banking services since 1943 but till date it is still in that era and doesn’t have much evolved with the time.
If we talk about the services offered by the branch channel, they can be considered as average. If you have to get a Demand Draft get prepared from them, then they will ask you to wait for 2 to 3 hours and you have to visit again to get it done. The staff at the bank doesn’t seems to be very much customer friendly.
When it comes to the online banking, then the services offered by them are horrible. Most of the times there services will remain down or the payments will not be successful and they will be declined by the merchants. Even you have to pay a certain amount to get enrolled for getting the updates on your mobile phone.
The Debit cards offered by them are of old age and they provide the least of the limits provided by any of the banks. You can not find any of the promotional discounts on these cards when it comes to the online shopping.
If you are not a customer that is dependent on online transactions, then it can be a option for you otherwise you have to suffer a lot with the poor online services.
