I have opened my Saving Account in 2012 in this bank because of Scholarship.when I have opened account they told me minimum balance limit is Rs.1000.and now they told me its Rs.2500 minimum balace limit.and they dont inform me about above changes.
1.Mobile Banking ( 1/5) :when I have filled my mobile number registered form on this bank.they didnt registered it.am again filled up it.then they will registered and when am asking mobile banking service they answer it you can registered yourself.this silly answer make me feel bad.
2.ATM Availability( 1.5/5) :this bank atm only available on outside of there bank.they didnt have there atm in public places.talking about cash is proximatly out of cash and there atm machine also in bad condition.
Internet Banking ( 2/5) :there internet banking also have get poor service.there web loading time is also much.
Customer Service ( 1/5) :There service also very poor.in note banned when I gone in bank and I want to exchange my Rs.9000.they give me a token Number.they only given Rs.10000 because of they have simply calculated it because of there bundel have multiple of Rs.2000.i have waited 1 and half hour for my token and my back token Number get money after me because they want Rs.10000 and I want Rs.9000.so they dont satisfied there customer.they only think about there self.
