Recently I took an account in the oriental bank of commerce they took about 500 rupees to create an account in obc bank and being a govt. bank I thought service would be good. But now I am feeling sad on taking account in it because I got only atm card and pass book I didn’t get check book till now and I have applied for internet banking for more than 3 times bank members are taking details all the time but I didn’t get my internet banking and my checkbook yet. And their atm availability is poor I hardly found only two to three atms in Hyderabad. their customer service is also not that great. overall its a bad experience for me with this obc bank
