In this review, I am going to share my experience with this bank OBC.
I have a saving account in this bank from 7 years.I can say their customer support is not good.When I open my account, my mobile number was not registered at that time.So, I want to register it now to start sms alert service.I submit my form and application to start but not getting any message during any transaction.Also, I submit application and form to start the internet banking service but got same result again.
I am also using ATM, and ATM service is also below average I can.OBC have less numbers of ATM with as compare to other banks.ATM machine is sometimes out of service.
Sometimes, their machine for depositing money not works properly.
I will not recommend for this banks.
