Unfortunately, I had to make two claims with Oriental Insurance within the same year. Both claims were settled within seven working days. Since the cashless facility is available in very few garages, chances are that you’ll have to pay for the damages upfront and Oriental will settle the claim depending on which parts were repaired/replaced. Agents are slightly tardy in responding to calls or emails.Acoording to me an average insurance company and can be rated 6/10.
