I opted for Oriental insurance for my bike ( Suzuki Gixxer) from 21/4/2017 to 22/4/2018. My bike was 1 year old so I was searching for a company which would provide me with best settlement amount. I asked from many different insurance agents about different the value of bike after 1 year and it was the Oriental insurance agent who told me the most satisfying amount.
They set my bike final settlement amount at Rs 59, 000 which is the highest amount any insurance agent was willing to set.
The staff was friendly and they didn’t let me Wait for too long for social formalities. They were helpful as much as they could be. The agent which was handling my insurance cleared every doubt which I had in my mind very patiently.
When I got my bike insurance and got home that day, I was fully impressed that next year also my insurer company will be Oriental.
