As I bought cashless zero depth policy from oriental and my car got smashed in an accident with truck.
Thanks to god nothing happened to me
Initially I was very happy and tension free because my car is insured nothing to worry.
Problem started when I applied for insaurance claim because it was a cashless claim
First of all they didnt even bother to allot a surveyor to check all my damages
After one month of wait they alloted a surveyor who came and told us that it is not a big damage instead of total loss we will repair this car
I have shown my car condition to so many people everybody was saying its a total loss case but the surveyor didnt approved it
To fight his report I haved complained to superiors but instead of appointing a new surveyor they started making pressure on me to accept the repair offer because total loss process will take more than 4 to 5 months
Then I have to agree to his report because I cant stay away from my car for so long
After that the surveyor took 3 months to make assessment of loss and still not allowing some damaged parts for which I have paid
And I got my car back in 7 months??
