The company is truly run by some of the most idiotic persons ever. When I called the customer executive for buying an insurance policy and asked him if they could send a person to explain their plans to me, he cut me in between and said : " No.
No one will come. We will not do any insurance. Go to a private firm if you want any . Go away." Felt bad for some time but after reading all the reviews over here I guess I was pretty much lucky to get away with just rude phone call. Don’t but insurance from this company. Even the people selling these are telling you to do so.
