Go for any insurance company.but not for Oriental Insurance.
While selling their Agent will make large promises, but if you go for claim.you will not find the agent and Insurance company officials will not entertain.
I had a Motor claim, but the branch Manager Mr Khemchand and Indrajeet of Garh Road, Meerut branch mentioned that they don’t pay for minor claims. Only major claims should come.
The issue was escalated to Regional branch Dehradun and then to New Delhi, they did a re-survey. Pathetic company.after 60 days re-survey was done.but by the same branch.
Now Khemchand mentioned why you escalated.and mentioned’Do whatever you want to do’, the surveyor will not approve the claim.
As said by him, I didn’t get the claim.
So request NEVER TAKE INSURANCE FROM ORIENTAL INSURANCE.it’s good to pay a little extra while taking insurance, but take insurance only from renowned players.
