I used to really like this place a couple of years ago. But when I paid a lunch visit to this place in February I was shocked at the quality of the food and the service----the service was just AWFUL !
The food tasted like any Chinese food you would get at a roadside stall except that here you pay almost 4-5 times more.
A meal for two with dessert comes to about 1000 Rs. and at that price I definitely expect good food and service. They brought the main dish before we finished the soup, refused to take it back, and what was worse, the waiter tried to take away my friend’s dish even though she was still eating ! What kind of service is this? DISGUSTING ! Is it so difficult to treat your customers properly?
We decided to give them another chance and went again a few weeks later. But there was no change--same rude service, average food. I am definitely not returning.
