I feel Oriflame The One High Impact Eye Pencils are revamped and relaunched version of Oriflame Beauty Smooth Definer Eye Pencils. The new range is good with versatility in colours and finish. All shades are beautiful and packed with pigmentation.
The texture is soft and staying power is good. Availability might be an issue. Overall I am happy with these and would purchase Mignight blue shade as well.
