Don't touch this

I bought this conditioner because the smell left me with a great soothing feeling after I got a whiff of it in the store.

The bottle claims to be a balancing conditioner for oily hair that leaves ’’ A zingy, never felt before experience for healthy , strong and shiny hair.’’

Even though this has a great smell, as soon as I tested it on my hair, I realised that this product just doesn’t work.

Whatever that tingling/zingy sensation was ( as warned by the label ) it seemed to do much more harm than good.

I had a tough time brushing though my hair with a comb and at times I actually managed to get my fingers stuck when I ran my fingers through my hair after using this conditioner. I was left with a dried out sensation on my scalp that still felt uncomfy after a few days. I guess that zingy thingy was my scalp getting irritated, I have also read on the web, that this product is not recommended for those with sensitive skin/hair.

The drying effect and itchy feeling was bad enough that from just one use I couldn’t get myself to put it on my hair again, incase it got dried any furthur.

Conditioners are meant to moisturise, bodify and volumise the hair. All this conditioner did was dry out and leave the hair a bit frizzy (rather awkward considering my scalp leans towards the oily side).

If anyone is looking for a decent conditioner I’d suggest the the Clairol range instead.
