Hyndai Dealers in Gurgaon(Haryana) do not respond in this competitive env.
Supron Hyndai. Sales Rep(Shekhavat) will simply bang the phone if you want to discuss some details. Come to showroom.
Orion Hyndai: You talk to one representative, he will never be available to discuss with you again.
Safdarjung Hyndaii: Phones on website never reachable.
Height: These representatives will never Call you back. Although service desk is always good.
I even called the Company’s Helpline on the response of these dealers but they also seems to be not concerned.
One of my friend, looking at there responses one month back, bought a Ritz instead of i10. Just professional and aggresive approach of Maruti Company has a whole made a difference.
I hope someone at Hyndai and owners of the above stores goes through these reviews. They need to get there sales team more professionally trained. I believe it is high time they should visit Maruti dealers and have a learning.
I am too getting inclined towards maruti, looking at the response of Hyndai Dealers.
