I am very much unhappy with the service of Orion motors, 3 times in a row they did not wash my bike (Yamaha R15) while doing servicing, they keep on making the excuses that "Motor is not working", "Water Problem" when I call to know the status of my bike, they said it’s ready, once I go to pick-up, they said it’s ready without washing.
Even though the lady sitting in reception deducting the money for washing, and manager is asking customer to come in next day for washing, this is worst service example, Day by day the service centre is getting worst. Even Manager and employees are not talking well.
