Its really bad experience with Orion Motors I had. I had taken review details from mouthshut about orion motors and at then the review was great. I am having problems with servicing, insurance, etc.
The people are so idiotic, if we ask for something they ask us to come to their showroom, and when we get all the details they say that we need to come after a month or so.. how pathetic it is to waste time for no reason.
Not sure what the management is doing. I would really criticize their staff as no one has proper communication. Departments are different and if they are not sure then they should check within them and answer sensibly.
The most pathetic experience I had. Feels like giving one sucker punch to them.
