The Orion Motors in Bangalore is a cheater in both selling and servicing. I advice that refrain from buying and servicing your bikes from them.
Selling –
While Selling they will claim to give many accessories free. But after you make the payment, You will face the truth.
They cheat in 2 ways. First they will add the accessories cost also into your total cost. If its not possible, all those promises goes into thin air. They will simply lie on face that they never claimed to give the those accessories.
Servicing -
I had to service with them couple of times since it was nearest to my home.
Once they claimed that wheels precision/alignment is not correct cause bike shows slid while braking at speed of more than 50. They told me that I should take wheel realignment service. Definitely I knew about this bike reviews hence I knew that bike itself has this problem and not wheels alignment.
Second time they charged me more in service by replacing many items claiming that they were needed to be replaced.
However the vehicle service was also not upto the level of other service stations. However this is the case with every TVS Service center. TVS is really really bad in service.
With both the experience of sales and service, I avoid them all together. It was my mistake that I not heard of people suggestions about them since they were nearest to my home.
