Rourkela Youth Forum Raised Voice against the poor Service providing by ORTEL Communication.

Ortel Communication is a leading Cable TV and Internet provider of Odisha, In Rourkela also they are having thousand number of customers from where they are earning high revenue.
But their service is becoming worse day by day, they are like invisible for the people who are coming to them for any complaints.
Some days back, we had taken feedback from everyone about it’s service, where out of 200 comments more than 190 Rourkelites had given negative comments, and with that feedback of yours, RYF gave them a memorandum about all the problems people are facing here.
They assured this problem will be solve soon as the upgradation work is going on, RYF members informed them its not a new issue, customers are facing problems from last 2, 3 years.
RYF has given them 1 month of time, and if still they will not change their service and poor internet quality, RYF among with all customers who are not satisfied with their service will take some serious step against ORTEL Communication.

Rourkela Youth Forum is a newly formed social organisation, who have promised to do work for the city, except any social issues which will be benefited to Rourkela , RYF members will never involve in any program just for sake of promotion.
On their 1st program RYF had demanded Bus Stops in all major places like STI, ITI, Panposh, Traffic Gate, Bisra Chowk & ADM Rourkela promised to start the work very soon.
