Hate is a strong word but I have come to this conclusion only after being troubled by this service provider for 3 long years. I wont ask anyone to get this service as because it is just isn’t reliable.
Out of 30 days in a month, I never been able to use it for more than 15 days of a month just due to the fact that it wasn’t working.Their service quality is the worst out there with incompetent employees.
I got tired of lodging complaints and listening to the same old excuses until I changed my connection.
The internet speed they provide is good but when you have some urgent work to attend to for which you need the internet, you won’t be able to perform it as it just won’t be working at that time.
I have missed my skype interviews due to this poor connection and this internet service provider.
I will never in my senses recommend this ISP to anybody.
