It’s the worst internet service provider in my city Bhubaneswar . I have a very bad experience . As it’s one of the affordable service provider in the city , I had called them to connect my house with internet . With in couple of hour their representative came to my house and they said to connect internet within couple of days and then the representative took the fees as per my plan . But they didn’t contact my family for some weeks . After one month I forced to go their office in Chandrasekharpur to find out the problem . They investigated and said there is not any hub in my place so that’s way they couldn’t able to connect my house . When I talked about my money back they didn’t response . And my money is not refundable yet . I suggest u gays not to believe ortel communication .
