Hi friends today I am sharing my real experience on ortel broad band. If you see the service, it is quite good in comparison to BSNL . They told me they will give me connection within 2 days. But it took almost 8 days to get connection. That to I had to pay extra amount to the technician for connection. Then they will activate your net connection after 4 days minimum. Customer service is very very poor. ofcourse better in comparison to BSNL. you will go on spending time with customer care by listening music only and paying mobile bills. Every time you call they will tell wait sir your problem has been sent to technical personels. There is no technical person handling the call directly. That is the main problem. regarding speed, it is not upto mark. It is very slow during evening. after 10 PM night become actual speed. Overall if we see the connection is better in city where we can get some what quick service. and the price is not so high. I advice to go for RS 610 plan(500 mb bandwidth and 74 kbps download speed). Always ask for wifi router to the operator. So that you can operate PC as well as other wifi devices. It works better with windows 7 version onwards. If you are using winXP please update it before going for broad band connection.
