I purchased OSIM Foot Massager 3 months back from OSIM, Amanora Park Town, Pune. Price Rs. 46000/-
However from last 2 months it stopped working. I made calls to OSIM service center, Pune and they told us to contact the company. They told that I need to send it to Delhi for repairs as it could not repair in Pune, where I live. They are don’t take any responsibility even though the product was under warranty.
What is the point in buying this worst OSIM product if there is no after sale service. The product is in idle condition since then and am no sure what to do with it.
I request everybody, please don’t buy any OSIM product. I have seen some OSIM marketing review also posted on mouthshut.com, please ignore those.
Finally decided to approach consumer forum and send them legal notice.
