Hello guys? Howdy? After a long time I have been here with you guys. Today am gonna share a dinner experience with Oudh 1590. I spent a timing with my girlfriend yesterday night.
It’s location in kolkata Deshapriya Park. But to me it’s a wrong place selected for this restaurant. It’s must be located near to the main street, it’s quite away from the main road and hardly people know by its name. When we went for the dinner they ask us to wait outside the restaurant and we were literally drenched by this hot humidity. They must have given a waiting area for the customers. The restaurant from outside is fully wooden with rajasthani style decor.
The ambience e too much homely with absolutely no space to walk even. There was just a single washroom with no extra wash basin. The Washroom and the kitchen were exactly near to it and like any one can avail it it. Now let’s come to our dinner part, we took Bhetki Tikka which was so yummy that we took another Tikka and also chicken tengri kabab. The Bhetki Tikka is awesomely better than that chicken. The chicken was also tender and juicy and they give a big leg piece. Then we took biriyani which was not expected to be so bad. Because we hear so many good reviews about this biriyani. Last but not the least - a platter is incomplete without a desert. We took Shahi tookra which was a big one and tastes so good.
The service was good but can’t say excellent because they actually get puzzled with so many customers in such a small area.
Truely speaking I will not go again because of ambience. But I will again go only for Tikka.
So friends, I won’t recommended this restaurant. But if you are fond of tikkas like I am you must go. Take away is also available.
