As a subscriber I’ve absolutely no complaint regarding the contents of the magazine, but I’m fully fed up with the delayed delivery of the mag. While OUTLOOK is available on news stands on as early as Sunday, as a subscriber I’m getting it delivered by post on as late as Wednesday to Friday. On an average I miss one issue every 2 months. When I complain to customer service, things will improve for sometime but within weeks the delivery mechanism gets derailed again. I’m totally fed up.
The special issues are excellent and are worth collecting.
I advice better buy the issues from News stand (There you get to choose to buy or not to buy, while as subscriber I’ll end up paying for every isuue, like it or not.
