Flossing extremely important adjunct

The teeth given to us by nature were meant to last a lifetime. but we all tend to think and presume that it is natural for teeth to start falling in old age which is just not true or natural. one of the most common causes of tooth loss is the deterioration which sets in around the gums. that is the structures supporting the teeth. we are all taught brushing but not very often are we told about the advantages of flossing in the same enthusiastic manner by dentists or the media. brushing cannot remove all of the plaque therefore floss comes in. especially in the interdental areas. so if a person does not floss at all he is likely to lose his teeth quite young as the interdental areas remain unclean and lead to loosening and eventual loss of teeth. therefore flossing is of utmost value along with brushing.
