Dear Sir, I cancelled my advent monza laptop.but I not get the refunded amount till now, you are not responding to my mails & phone calls to customer care of overcart also not get connected(its telling always as representative all are busy everytime).i am not expected this kind of poor service from overcart, previously I have ordered lot many things in overcart, but I lost my faith in overcart.overcart lost the valuable customers by not properly answering them
