It is good for purchasing electronic products. I have had purchased couple of things which worked well till the guarantee time even further. But I purchased headphones whose jack got damaged but it got repaired for free by service centre. They have a great customer service which assists you in a great way. Overall it is good for second hand and refurbished product. A product does go through couple of quality checks and get repaired by company. Overall their prices are upto 70% off from original value. Cons - Mostly products are outdated but work well and their delivery time - pathetic. I ordered a product which was supposed to be dispatched from near my locality but it took 7 days to get it delivered.
