The are trust worthy but slow.

Yes, I trust this website. I want to share one of my experiences with this website.


I ordered a Sony MDR-XB450 headphone from overcart.com around an year ago. Product delivered on 4th day of the order placement day. Usually all the deliveries arrive after 4 days of the order placement at my place, so the delivery was usual.


After 15-20mins. of listening session, one side of my headphone got mute automatically. Since, it was a refurbished product, it is not so uncommon for any product to become irresponsive, but this site offers a 6 months of warranty and return policy on some products(for limited time period).


I immediately called on the number given on the delivery box and website and talked to one of their attendees. He told me to email them with the delivery number and a photograph of the product for the verification. I clicked the photo of headphone and emailed on their support email address. They replied that they gonna send a delivery boy to pick it up and then they’ll check the product for the fault and then they’ll replace it or refund me. I think this is very SLOW PROCESS. Competitor e-commerce companies offer instant replacement and they just take 3-4 days of time. But this website took around 8-10 days for all processes and the refund arrived in my bank account on 15th day of replacement. I recommend this website because of their pricing on high-end products but REMEMBER, they are TOO SLOW.
