I had dispatched my courier from Bangalore to Lakhimpur(Assam) on 23-Jun-14
and after 5 days when I checked the status on the internet its still In Transit.
AWB no. is 9391454914. When tried to call the customer care they have no clue where the parcel is. I had called both Bangalore Office and as well as Guwahati office and got the same standard reply that we will get back to you. Suggestion to customers please don’t use this courier instead go for general post and believe me they will take less time than these idiots!
