I recently purchased an item through ebay and was dispatched to me on Monday 31st july from Kolkata. it reached Pune on Thursday and I was expecting the item to be delivered to me on Thursday itself but it was not delivered. I tried calling up the office number and even after 15-20 attempts no one picked up the call.
On Friday also, I waited whole day and again tried calling 5-10 times on both number but still the number was not picked and item was not delivered.
Finally, today on Saturday the call was picked and the lady had put me on hold for 5 mins and disconnected the call even without informing the status of my item. she didn’t even listen to what I tried to say.
and the item was still not delivered.
Today(on Monday) also the item is not delivered and it is still showing out for delivery since Friday.
I am sorry to say that you have such offices with such worse customer service. I checked on internet and more people had similar experience with this particular branch. in Pune at camp road. I will certainly never ever use this courier again and would definitely ask my seller to not to use this courier as well.
Still, I have no means of even contacting the office to ask the status.
