I would like to spread awareness about the service provided by Overnite Express. I was supposed to get courier from Kingfisher.
i came to know this from the SMS which I received from Overnite that they are not able to deliver your courier from Kingfisher. your Ref. no is "580765022". Contact us at 9372557337. I tried contacting this no, but it was almost off every day. the I tried to google anf traced call centre no’s at Pune to get more details about my courier but every time I gets an answer that "you will get your courier by today afternoon". even I gave my office address and asked courier company to deliver this to my office, in case they have issues finding my residence address (although I am getting my mails/ courier in the address which the lady from call centre mentioned when I inquired). Even after 3-4 weeks have gone and I have not received my courier. Today when I checked the status in website.
i was surprised to see the status as "ADDRESSEE HAS SHIFTED" on Saturday, February 13, 2010".This service gives me enough reason to share my experience with other users who may/ may not use this service in future.
